Medical Fitness Week this year is May 7 – 13. The Medical Fitness Association established Medical Fitness Week to bring awareness about the impact of physical activity on your overall health. You can make small changes this week to improve your fitness level. We’ll support you every step of the way with group fitness classes, personal training, nutritional counseling and more.
