Group Exercise Classes
Add variety to your workout routine by joining a group exercise class. Whether you’re working out for the first time or a seasoned gym enthusiast, group exercise makes working out fun and can be more effective and motivating than working out alone. Group exercise classes are included in your membership, which means you receive specialty training without the extra cost.
