Step Express: 30 minutes of using the Step for your cardio workout! This is a great way to get a burst of energy before or after your regular workout. All fitness levels welcomed!  9:30-10am

Shallow Water Interval Training: A fun way to maximize your calorie burn! This class combines high intensity aerobic intervals with effective strength exercises. 5:30-6:15pm
New, starting March 20th, every Tuesday members can attend these classes.
