Whether you are an experienced runner or a beginner, choosing the right running shoes can help you make the most of your exercise routine. Here are some quick tips to choose the right running shoes:
Make sure that you try on the shoes in the store to ensure that they have the comfort and function you need. Take a short run in the store if necessary to make sure the shoes feel good standing and running. A good rule that many runners follow is making sure there is extra room in the shoes as running can cause your feet to swell.
