This class will mix together moderate to high intensity cardio segments with small segments of strength in the deep end of the pool.  A variety of equipment will be used in this class to create fun for all ages and fitness levels.

This class encompasses weighted & body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance.  The workouts will be done in Tabata or HIIT formats with high intensity & high energy.  It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, & excess fat loss.
