About the program
This eight-week medically based program is designed for pre-surgical patients who want to improve their recovery time with fitness before surgery. The program is open to anyone in the community, so you do not need to be a member to participate.
Fit for Surgery includes:
Assessments at the beginning and end of program
An individualized exercise plan
Two 60-minute group workout sessions per week
A summary report provided to you and your healthcare provider
Unlimited, full access to the center
The option to join the center with waived enrollment at the end of the program
