Tabata is a high intensity interval training class. Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only 4 minutes. The structure of the program is as follows: work for 20 sec, rest for 10 sec, complete 8 rounds.
(high intensity interval training): This class is strength focused with short intense cardio exercises mixed in to improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Many class formats will be used to keep classes fresh with lots of variety.
This functional fitness class will focus on increasing the strength of your muscles, maintaining the integrity of your bones, & improving balance, coordination, & mobility. Growing stronger will help you make daily activity a regular part of your life by building the essential strength that makes all movement easier & more enjoyable.

The workouts will be done in Tabata or HIIT formats with high intensity & high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, & excess fat loss.
This class is a multi-level workout designed to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Alternating stations of cardio and strength will help you improve more than one component of fitness in one class. This class is great for beginners or for the older adult.
