This style of yoga aims to increase mobility and flexibility by targeting the deepest tissues in our body particularly the joints and ligaments.  This is accomplished through long held poses in a seated or lying down position.

Mat Pilates classes are designed to challenge the beginner & the practicing Pilates student.  This class is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of movements performed on a mat.  Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control & muscular symmetry.  The rhythmic exercises promote elongated & toned muscles, and developing core, & lower back strength.
