The foundation of membership at Avera McKennan Fitness Center is professional medically integrated support. Our facility features state-of-the-art fitness equipment ranging from cardiovascular exercise, Cybex and free weight strength conditioning. We provide a variety group exercise classes and personal training led by certified fitness staff to motivate your workouts. Our spa-like locker rooms are fully equipped with towel services, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Plus so much more!
Members age 15 to 22 receive one-on-one guidance and are provided with a fitness orientation with our professional, certified fitness staff. Members age 23 and older begin membership with a personalized Polar BodyAge health assessment.

Our locker rooms are complete with spacious individual lockers, toiletries, a lounge area with television, spa facilities steam room, sauna, and whirlpool and access to therapeutic massage.
We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. There are over 90 classes to choose from throughout the Center every week. Classes are part of membership, so just show up and have fun getting fit!
Your membership card is your access to the Center. Check-in at member services is made easy by simply scanning your card.

This is an opportunity for members to accompany their children and grandchildren (ages 14 and under) in the lap pool or basketball court during designated times free of charge.
Members can purchase monthly enrollment in FitKids. This supervised child care is designed for children 6 weeks through 8 years of age. All FitKids staff are CPR-certified and have backgrounds and years of experience caring for children of all ages. Enrollment provides up to 2 hours of childcare per day.
Avera McKennan Fitness Center provides usage reporting in support of dues reimbursement programs for various groups. Consult with your Human Resources department if you belong to one of these entities and are interested in participating in their membership dues reimbursement program. Some programs require enrollment at your place of employment or online and some process enrollment through our Center.
