Mat Pilates classes are designed to challenge the beginner & the practicing Pilates student. This class is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of movements performed on a mat. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control & muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated & toned muscles, and developing core, & lower back strength.
This class combines Salsa, Cha-Cha-Cha, Mambo & many more varieties of Latin dance for a fun & energetic class.
This Level 1 class practices body awareness, breathing, postures, visualization, relaxation, & meditation. These elements are combined to develop strength & flexibility through the mind, body, & spirit connection.
In this non-contact class, ignite your inner warrior & have a blast of fun, too! Feel the power of music & action as you punch, kick, & block your way to strength & cardiovascular endurance. Everyone from advanced to beginner will leave this class feeling empowered & motivated. No gloves required.

The workouts will be done in Tabata or HIIT formats with high intensity & high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, & excess fat loss.
