Our new small group training sessions aim to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, mobility, and core strength using all new equipment in our Functional Fitness Studio. Sessions are ideal for all fitness levels.

Sign-up for sessions is required prior to attending. Max of 5 participants per session.
Small group training sessions/packages must be purchased prior to the onset of the session. These are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sessions are subject to expiration. Expiration periods begin on the date of purchase. Sessions not used by the expiration date will be forfeited.
