This type of class experience mixes traditional callisthenic & body weight exercises with interval & strength training. This class, held on the basketball court, is open to all fitness levels. Most class formats will be circuit style.
This Level 1 class practices body awareness, breathing, postures, visualization, relaxation, & meditation. These elements are combined to develop strength & flexibility through the mind, body, & spirit connection.
Reach Out & Move (ROM). This warm water shallow class is proven to help you live better with arthritis. Suitable for every fitness level. Reduce pain & stiffness while increasing strength, flexibility, & endurance.
This exciting Latin dance class has a variety of dance styles for active older adults, beginners, or other special populations that may need modifications for success.
This class will combine Mat Pilates & Barre into one class. You will receive the benefits of both Pilates formats in one class. All fitness levels welcome.
