Mat Pilates classes are designed to challenge the beginner & the practicing Pilates student. This class is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of movements performed on a mat. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control & muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated & toned muscles, and developing core, & lower back strength.
This 15-min class, held on the basketball court, will focus on core exercises along with various strength exercises to give you a quick & effective total body workout.

Tabata is a high intensity interval training class. Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only 4 minutes. The structure of the program is as follows: work for 20 sec, rest for 10 sec, complete 8 rounds.
This Level 1 class practices body awareness, breathing, postures, visualization, relaxation, & meditation. These elements are combined to develop strength & flexibility through the mind, body, & spirit connection.
(high intensity interval training): This class is strength focused with short intense cardio exercises mixed in to improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Many class formats will be used to keep classes fresh with lots of variety.
