Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or using one for support. With the help of a chair, you’ll be able to practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction. Yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue and those with limited mobility.
This class will be every Monday at 10am starting September 9th
All are welcome, no yoga experience needed!
