Tasha is an all-around health and fitness professional who works as an AMFC Team Member in FitKids and at the Member Services Desk, as a licensed massage therapist, group exercise instructor and degreed and certified Personal Trainer. She lives her passion for health, fitness and wellness everyday and loves sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with others who want to be fit and healthy, body, mind and spirit.
